  1. Ensure Conflict Checking: By utilizing dimensions, you can include bookable items in GoMeddo's conflict checking logic, ensuring seamless reservation management.


  1. Intelligent Lookups: Dimensions enable you to add only available items to your reservations through intelligent lookups. This feature optimizes the reservation process, improving efficiency and accuracy.


  1. Create Reservation Calendars: Create calendars for bookable items, displaying their reservations. For instance, show a calendar on a contact record page featuring that contact's reservations.


Practical Example

To illustrate the power of dimensions, consider a scenario where you manage a fleet of cars and drivers. GoMeddo's Contact dimension handles drivers effortlessly. To track cars' availability and assignments without duplicating effort, create a Cars Dimension. Now, reservations created for either a driver or a car automatically appear on both calendars, keeping them in sync at all times.
